Items purchased at a Tressé boutique may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Returns are accepted for an exchange or a voucher valid for 6 months. Refunds are not available unless required by law.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and any accessories still attached or included.

All items purchased at a Tressé boutique must be returned to a Tressé boutique. In-store purchases cannot be returned through our online store or at department stores.

Any voucher issued in-store is valid for 6 months and can only be redeemed at Tressé boutiques. It cannot be used on our website or at department stores.

All in-store purchases are considered final sales. No refunds will be issued unless required by law.
